radiogirl
RadioGirl luistert in het gewone dagelijkse leven naar de naam Johanna. Zij is een free-lance journaliste, songschrijfster en muziekrecensente. Ergens in 1985 nam zij voor het eerst plaats achter een microfoon in de piepkleine studio van een ziekenomroep, haar technicus gebruikte de band ook op zijn piratenstationnetje en een eeuwige liefde voor radio was geboren! Bij Radio Winschoten werkte zij al enkele jaren samen met Theo Oldenburg aan het programma Alt.Country Cooking.
RadioGirl draait een gevarieerde mix van nieuwe en wat oudere rootsmuziek. Het programma wordt iedere zaterdag tussen 14.00 en 16.00 uitgezonden bij Radio Winschoten. Voor belangstellenden buiten de regio is er de mogelijkheid om live te luisteren via Internet
(www.radiowinschoten.nl) en op de site www.rootsparadise.nl is de meest recente uitzending on-demand te beluisteren.
RadioGirl plays a variety of new and somewhat older rootsmusic. Radio Winschoten is a public local radiostation that covers the Eastern region of the province Groningen in The Netherlands. It can be received on cable in the towns Winschoten and Reiderland and on open air (FM) in a wide area. The show is broadcasted every Saturday between 14h00 and 16h00.
